We only utilize professional photographers to capture the details of our listings. High resolution images are syndicated across all media channels and must be of the highest caliber to catch the eye of discerning buyers.
Videography
With video being one of the main ways consumers recive information, it is of primary importance to feature interior and exterior property videos to convey the full effect of the property.
Drone Imagery
Aerial imagery offers a bird-eye view of property that gives viewers additional information such as site placement, proximity to nearby sites and proportionality of spaces.
Unique Property Website
In addition to the property being listed on multiple listing services, a unique URL website is created to convey additional information, descriptions, photographs and information. This web address is used in advertising materials as a secondary source with which to drive online traffic.

Full color, full bleed brochures on card-stock, flyers, and informational printouts are take-away pieces that the buyer uses for reference and are an additional source of information for buyers to review after an in-person showing.

Realtor-to-Realtor Email Advertising
Realtors have the buyers and we send email blasts to all local Realtors to make them aware of new listings, price changes, open houses and other pertinent information.
MLS and Secondary listing service publishing
HAR.com is the primary listing source and then our other partners syndicate the listing across their platforms as well. Separate placings are made for rural properties on appropriate sites.
Direct Mail Print Media
Glossy, printed cards are sent to targeted addresses to capture buyers who may not be tuned in online. These print pieces add a touch point that is not reached in our other channels.
